Study of the management of the financial affairs of a business enterprise in respect to planning and analysis of the financial decision-making functions. Topics include: financial ratio analysis, valuation principles, the time value of money, interest rates, bond and stock valuation, working capital management, leverage, capital budgeting, and capital structure decisions.
